More reporting depth, more close control, and more ways to connect Rillet to the tools your team already uses, including Claude.

This month, we shipped multi-entity hierarchy support, a wave of financial statement upgrades, and features across cash rec, AR, AP, and integrations. Here's everything.

Aura Flow

Aura Flow: More Workflows

Aura Flow can now run recurring workflows automatically. Book monthly prepaid amortization entries across all active schedules without any manual re-configuration. The more you set up, the more time you get back on close.

Financial Statements

Net Operating Income on P&L

Net Operating Income is now shown directly on the Profit & Loss report in both the UI and exports. No more calculating it separately — your core business profitability is right there where it belongs.

Flux Analysis Improvements

Flux Analysis has been significantly upgraded for larger, more complex customers. You can now assign owners to accounts, use field grouping, view side-by-side drill-down comparisons with AI-generated explanations, and see a magnitude of change table. The page is substantially more usable for teams doing detailed variance work.

Income Statement Custom Field Filters

Filter your Income Statement by custom field dimensions like location, department, or class. Build focused views — a marketing P&L, a location-level revenue report — without exporting to Excel.

Income Statement by Day

View your income statement broken down by individual day, not just by month. Easier to analyze performance across custom date ranges like the first half of a month or any arbitrary period.

Executive P&L Now on Power Tables

The Executive P&L report has been migrated to Power Tables, bringing the full upgraded table experience to your income statement. Reorder, resize, and pin columns, and copy and paste directly into Excel.

Cash Reconciliation

Multi-Currency Automatches in the Bank Feed

Cash reconciliation now supports auto-matching and high-confidence suggestions for multi-currency transactions. When a subsidiary currency differs from the cash account currency, Rillet will suggest a match if the amounts align in the cash account currency.

Rules from Quick Entry

Create a reconciliation rule directly from the cash matching screen. Build your rules in the moment of the match and save yourself time on future transactions.

Accounts Receivable

Flexible Credit Memo Application

Credit memos can now be partially applied, spread across multiple invoices, carried forward, and unapplied without being deleted. You can also see exactly which invoices a credit memo is tied to. This makes accounts receivable management much more practical for real-world scenarios.

Payment Date in Invoice List

The invoice list UI and Excel export now include a last paid date column. Filter and report on invoices paid or credited within any given period without digging through individual records.

Custom Email Verification

Multi-entity organizations can now configure a unique sender email per subsidiary for invoice and AR communications, with self-serve domain verification. Previously, custom email was limited to the org level — adding a second subsidiary could overwrite your existing settings. That is now fully resolved and subsidiary-scoped.

Accounts Payable

Vendor Credits

Create standalone vendor credits independent of a specific bill, making it easy to record rebates, SLA credits, and price adjustments the moment they arrive. Apply credits fully or partially across one or multiple bills, and track everything in a dedicated listing with filtering, audit history, and detail pages. Credits flow automatically into AP Aging, the Outstanding AP metric, and vendor transaction records. Reach out to your CSM to opt in.

Multi-Entity

Subledger Locking by Subsidiary

Lock AP and AR subledgers for a specific subsidiary before fully closing out a period. Larger teams now have more precise control over the close process so they can lock what's ready without waiting on everything else.

Multi-Entity Hierarchy Support

Model a tree-structured hierarchy of subsidiaries in Rillet, enabling complex multi-entity reporting. Run reports at the top level, any parent node, or individual subsidiary level, with FX conversions handled throughout the chain.

Reconciliation Rules for Subsidiaries and Tax Codes

Create cash reconciliation rules scoped to a specific subsidiary, with the option to apply a VAT tax code based on that subsidiary's country. More flexibility when configuring reconciliation across a multi-entity setup.

Integrations

Rillet + Zapier Integration

Rillet's financial intelligence now extends across 8,000+ apps through Zapier. Whether your team lives in Slack, your project management tool, or something more niche, Rillet's AI agents can now reach it.

Connect Rillet to Claude

Connect Rillet directly to Claude — no custom setup required. Ask questions about your financials, pull reports, dig into transactions, and turn your ERP data into board decks, variance analysis, or investor updates, all without leaving the chat.

Salesforce Opportunity Line Item Dates

Contract line items synced from Salesforce now carry their own start and end dates instead of inheriting the contract-level dates. This fixes revenue recognition for multi-year step-up deals where individual line items span different periods.

Settings and Navigation

Prepaid Capitalization Threshold

Set a minimum dollar threshold in Accounting Settings so the AI bill reader skips service period extraction on low-value expenses. Focus automation on the bills that actually need capitalization review.

SSO with Your Own Identity Provider

SSO customers can now authenticate via their own identity provider, like Okta, instead of just Google or Microsoft. Admins verify their domain, configure their IDP, and control which users get standard vs. enterprise SSO. Reach out to your CSM to enable it for your team.

Side Nav Refresh

A new and improved navigation experience in the launchpad. Designed to make it easier and faster to find exactly what you need.

Launchpad Last Location Memory

The launchpad now shows the last screen you visited, so you can quickly navigate back to where you left off.
