Rillet June 2025 Product Update announcement

Rillet Product Updates in June:

June was a massive product month at Rillet. True to form, we shipped fast, iterated quickly, and delivered features that help modern finance and accounting teams close their books faster, automate workflows, and stay audit-ready all powered by Rillet’s intelligent, AI-driven ERP platform.

Whether you’re optimizing your month-end close, streamlining vendor collaboration, or eliminating spreadsheet chaos, Rillet's AI accounting system is built to help you scale smarter.

Here’s what we released this month to elevate your finance stack:

Budget vs Actuals Reporting

We launched a brand-new Budget vs Actuals report to give finance teams a faster, easier way to compare plans to reality. It's a simple way to track performance, spot surprises, and understand what's driving changes month over month.

Enhanced Receipt Syncing from Ramp

Receipt syncing with Ramp is now fully automated. Rillet syncs receipt documentation directly from Ramp for charges, bills, and reimbursements. Every transaction is audit-ready by default, helping you maintain compliance while eliminating manual attachments.

Attach Docs to Invoices

Now you can attach SOWs, usage data, receipts, and timesheets to invoices sent from Rillet. This feature improves billing transparency and client communication while keeping everything in one place.

Entity-Level Trial Balances

You can now toggle between local and reporting currency views to run trial balances for a single legal entity. This makes multi-entity accounting far more manageable and supports faster month-end close cycles across international operations.

FX and CTA Adjustments, Made Clear

New columns in the trial balance give you a clearer view of FX and CTA revaluation impacts. It’s an essential tool for any finance team dealing with cross-border transactions and global consolidation.

Journal Entry IDs in UI and Exports

Journal Entry (JE) IDs are now clearly visible in Rillet’s UI and included in all exports, helping your accounting team tie out faster, prepare for audits with ease and boosting internal controls.

GL Impact Date for Expenses

Rillet now allows bills, charges, and reimbursements to carry a GL Impact Date separate from the transaction date, perfect for managing closed periods or reflecting accrual accounting logic. Ramp’s Accounting Date also flows directly into this field.

Expanded AU GST Support

For our global customers, we now support more granular GST classifications to ensure accurate and compliant reporting in Australia.

Smarter Help Center

Rillet’s new in-app Help Center is powered by AI. Ask natural language questions like:“How does Stripe reconciliation work?” and receive instant summaries and links. Topics are now intuitively organized, updated regularly, and searchable using our intelligent engine.

Infra at Scale

We’ve made massive infrastructure improvements to handle growing data volumes and high-performance financial operations. Rillet can now process 35M+ journal entries/month per customer, using isolated, on-demand workers to maintain speed and reliability even under peak load.

Fixed Asset Workflow Improvements

Fixed asset management is now more intuitive. We added smart defaults for useful life and service dates, especially beneficial for assets synced from Ramp. Less manual entry, faster setup.

Expanded Payroll Integrations

We now support Trinet PEO and UKG Ready, expanding Rillet’s role as your central finance system of record by pulling in payroll data automatically.
