Another big month. We shipped 74 features and enhancements across cash reconciliation, AI workflows, financial statements, DataLab, contracts, integrations, and reporting APIs.

Here's everything that went live.

Aura Flow

Aura Flow: Scheduling

Workflows can now be scheduled. Build a workflow once, set your cadence, and Rillet runs it automatically. Recurring analyses, reports, and data pulls happen without any manual effort. This is one of those features that compounds over time: the more workflows you build, the more time you get back.

Aura Flow: Save Custom Workflows

Users can now create and save their own workflows for easy access. Instead of recreating them each time, save with a single click and build a personal library of reusable workflows for your day-to-day. Have a workflow worth sharing? Fill out the form in-app and we may turn it into an out-of-the-box Flow for others.

Aura Flow: New Pre-Built Workflows

Six pre-built workflows are now available: AR invoicing reminders, JE batch reclassification, cash forecasting, close risk scans, board-ready financial summaries, and bad debt analysis. Or describe a workflow in plain English and Aura will build and execute it for you.

Cash Reconciliation

AI-Powered Cash Matching Suggestions

Rillet already auto-matches 95% of cash transactions. Now we're going after the other 5%. Cash Matching now includes AI-powered suggestions for transactions that can't be perfectly auto-matched, plus an enhanced UI, improved rules, and the ability to set auto-match preferences. Reach out to your CSM for Beta access.

Three improvements shipped this month, available in the new cash rec instance:

1. Bulk Unmatch Select multiple matches and undo them all at once. Use search and filters to find incorrect matches, then reset and start fresh in one click.

2. Bulk Approve Select multiple transactions and approve them in a single action. Smart validation flags anything that needs attention before you batch approve.

3. Undo a Match Made a mistake? Hit Cmd+Z / Ctrl+Z to instantly reverse your last cash match. No digging, no manual reversal.

DataLab Enhancements

Query your financial data in plain English. Type what you want to know, like "show me expenses for Salesforce by department and month" or "unpaid invoices by customer," and get a table instantly. Drill into any number to see the line items behind it. New tables are being added throughout April.

Aura AI: Faster Responses and Larger File Support

Several improvements shipped this month, making Aura noticeably snappier. The AI chat also now handles large Excel file uploads, so file size is no longer a blocker for getting answers from your data.

Reporting UI Enhancements

Updated Financial Statements UI

The Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Trial Balance have all been upgraded to Power Tables. Cleaner filters, better performance, and more ways to interact with your data without exporting.

GL Report UI Enhancements

The GL report table has been fully upgraded. You can now reorder, resize, and pin columns, and copy and paste directly into Excel. New filter chips have been added, including an Entries filter for manual, system, and pending approval entries, and a GL accounts filter for filtering by account groups, sub-groups, and subsidiaries.

Reporting APIs

API endpoints are now available for the core financial reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Trial Balance. Technical and FP&A teams can now pull standardized financial data directly into their tools and workflows.

View Exchange Rates in Accounting Settings

FX rates are now visible directly in Rillet at Settings > Accounting > Exchange Rates. See daily rates, month-end balance sheet rates, and average income statement rates all in one place. Whether you're prepping for an audit or verifying what's being applied, the answer is a few clicks away.

Deel Integration

Sync invoices from Deel into Rillet as bills, so contractor payments flow straight into your AP workflow and are treated as expenses. The integration supports multi-currency and multi-entity, mapping Legal Entities in Deel to subsidiaries in Rillet.

Bulk Contract Import

Upload up to 150,000 contract lines directly from within Rillet, no workaround needed.

Copy Contract Action

Copy an existing contract instead of manually re-entering every detail for a new one. A productivity boost for AR and Revenue accountants, especially for B2B customers with frequent renewals.

Combined Usage and Fixed Items on Contracts

Add both usage-based and fixed line items to the same contract in Rillet. No more splitting hybrid deals across separate contracts.

Semi-Annual Billing Frequency on Contract Builder

Set a semi-annual billing frequency when building contracts. One more cadence for increased billing schedule flexibility.

Flexible Revenue Recognition

Set custom revenue start and end dates per contract item for fixed products, independent of the invoicing schedule. Control exactly when revenue is recognized directly from the Revenue page of the Contract Builder.

AP Aging Detail

The AP Aging Report now breaks down at the transaction level instead of the vendor level. A more granular look at outstanding payables for your team.

Export Bank Transactions and Vendor Data

Export bank transactions and vendor/vendor transaction data directly from Rillet. Whether you're reconciling externally or sharing data with your team, it's a few clicks away.

Ramp Sync Status Visibility

When an expense sync fails, Rillet now passes the error message back to Ramp so it surfaces directly in the Ramp UI. Users can self-serve sync failures without investigating in both systems.
