September was a landmark month for Rillet, defined by the launch of Aura AI—our next-generation intelligent finance assistant—and a wave of automation features that dramatically reduce manual work. We also hosted the first-ever Rillet AI Finance Summit, bringing together industry leaders to shape the future of AI in finance.

Aura AI – Your Intelligent Finance Assistant

Aura AI transforms the way you work with financial data. Instead of building complex reports or queries, simply ask in plain English and get instant, actionable answers—complete with charts, breakdowns, and deep analysis. Examples include:

• “Show me revenue by month for this year” – Get trend visualizations and period details in seconds.
• “What were my top 10 customers last month based on ARR?” – Instantly see ranked customer lists by annual recurring revenue.
• “Perform a flux analysis for January 2025” – Full variance analysis with key changes highlighted.

AI Bill Reader

Upload a bill PDF and let Aura AI handle the rest. It reads and enters all necessary details—customer, bill date, amounts, and invoice lines—directly into Rillet without manual typing. 

Prepaid Expense Date Automation

For Ramp users, Aura AI reads bill PDFs to determine service periods and automatically creates the necessary prepaid entries. No more manual date entry for prepaid expenses.

Smart Contract Upload

With one click, Aura AI reads your uploaded contracts and extracts dates, product lines, pricing, invoice schedules, and revenue recognition schedules—instantly generating ready-to-use records for your workflow. 

Automated ASC 606 Analysis

Generate a complete, audit-ready ASC 606 analysis for any contract in seconds. Export it as needed or embed it into your close process for seamless compliance. ‍

Deletion Log for Manual Journal Entries

Track and review changes with a full history of deleted manual JEs, along with banners that flag which entries were removed and by whom. A simple way to strengthen audit control. 

Expanded Stripe Balances Support

For Stripe users with multiple currency balances under one account, Rillet now syncs each balance to its own mapped GL account, giving you cleaner, multi-currency reconciliations.

Global VAT Reports Expansion

In addition to UK, Australia, and Canada VAT reporting, Rillet now supports more countries, including South Africa, Switzerland, Lithuania, and India—making tax reporting easier for global teams.
