Rillet Product Updates in December 2025

December’s product updates continue to deepen Rillet’s real-time financial intelligence—expanding integrations, automation, and API capabilities to help finance teams move faster with cleaner data, better forecasting, and less manual work across billing, revenue, and close.

CBIZ x Rillet: Transforming finance operations with AI-Native ERP

Rillet has partnered with CBIZ — ranked top seven largest accounting firms nationally with 135,000 clients — to help hypergrowth companies uplevel their finance operations. Rillet delivers automation and intelligence, while CBIZ provides strategic guidance and implementation support. Read more

Real-time financial intelligence for FP&A teams

Rillet and Cube have partnered to stream Rillet’s GL directly into Cube’s AI-driven planning engine, giving finance teams a real-time, unified view of their numbers. The integration delivers instant actuals, automated variance analysis, conversational insights, and AI-powered forecasting. Learn more

Auto-matching now supported across credit memos, JEs, bill payments, and invoice payments

We’ve expanded auto-matching to automate even more of cash reconciliation. Cash transactions now auto-match to manual JEs, especially valuable for QuickBooks migrators. Refunds recorded as standalone credit memos are auto-matched, reducing cleanup work at month-end.

You can pick your agents or let AI assemble the right squad for you. Here are three quick ways to jump in, but we encourage you to run wild.

Manual JEs now supported in elimination entities

Multi-entity users can now post manual journal entries directly to the elimination entity for consolidation and intercompany adjustments.

Amendments now supported for customers with a tax integration

You can now amend contracts when a tax provider is connected to Rillet. It allows corrections to contract terms without breaking tax accuracy or requiring manual workarounds, keeping billing, tax, and revenue records in sync.

Multiple same-day amendments via API

Rillet now supports multiple same-day amendments to contracts across all API integrations, including partner platforms, customer-built integrations, and automation tools. Each amendment cleanly supersedes the prior one, preserving audit history and ensuring accurate revenue resets for the amended period.

Invoicing schedule preserved in contract builder when products are edited

When product line items are updated, the original invoicing schedule now remains intact. You can make contract changes without unintentionally impacting billing timing, revenue recognition, or downstream financial reporting.

API updates for enhanced syncing and document handling

The updated_at field is now available on customer, invoice, invoice payment, and credit memo endpoints, making it easier to track changes and keep systems in sync. Additionally, you can now upload documents directly to bills via the API, enabling teams with custom integrations to programmatically attach invoices and supporting documents.
