October was a big month for Rillet — and we’re still buzzing about it. We landed on both the TechCrunch AI 60 and Repoint AI 64 lists. It’s a nod from two trusted names in tech, and It’s exciting to be recognized alongside so many other innovative AI companies pushing the boundaries.
But we didn’t stop to celebrate for long. Our product and engineering teams have been rolling out automations and fresh visibility across your financial workflows. Aura AI got even smarter — she’s now trained on our Help Center and can explain her own logic in plain English.
You’ll also see enhancements across contracts, invoicing, and reporting. From clearer SSP visuals and new partner integrations to Salesforce Sandbox testing for your engineering team, October was all about more clarity, speed, and confidence in how you run finance.
AI Powered Accruals
Aura AI's capabilities are growing everyday. She can now explain her accrual logic, link to the vendor source, and surface prepaids with backdated periods requiring an accrual in an open period.
SSP Contract Visuals
We've made it more clear how standalone selling price is calculated by adding additional visibility in the contract setup. Total revenue and discounts can now be seen clearly across multiple products.
Usage Contracts
Invoices now display usage metrics and amounts automatically for minimum commitment usage. No more questions from customers following up for more, it's already there!
Copy products lines for contracts
When creating a new contract, you can now copy products instead of creating them from scratch. No need to re-enter details for the same or similar products.
Invoice Customizations
New capabilities to turn on/off invoice details for displaying taxes and line item pricing breakdowns. This is all customizable at the subsidiary level for different business needs throughout your organization.
Aura AI Help Docs
We noticed many customers were asking Aura AI for help on how to best use Rillet. Starting today, Aura AI is trained on Rillet's Help Center and provides direct links to the relevant articles. Ask away!
Sales tax integration with Numeral
Automatically apply accurate sales tax and VAT rates to every invoice — ensuring compliant selling in 60+ countries. Rillet then automatically creates the corresponding journal entries, ensuring revenue and sales tax are recorded in the right accounts.
