Business Operations Associate
Rillet is the first accounting platform made to tailor fit the workflows of accountants and a full replacement for legacy ERPs like NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Scaling and hyper-growth companies like BitWarden, Codeium and Postscript use Rillet to enable a smarter close with native integrations, automated journal entries and AI embedded workflows.
We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to join Rillet. You will work directly with the founders and the Chief of Staff, across all aspects of the company. This role cuts across GTM, RevOps, HR, and Finance. It is ideal for a generalist looking for broad exposure in an extremely fast pace and category-defining startup.
In this role, you will:
- Drive execution on key initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
- Solve operational challenges to support Rillet in achieving the company's goals.
- Own some of Rillet’s daily operations across HR, finance and admin.
- Implement and improve scalable processes across the organization.
- Example of initiatives you might work on from day 1: prepare next investor report, identify high priority prospects and setup outbound sequences, select new vendor, project manage new CRM feature implementation with external consultants.
What excites us:
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity or business operations at high-growth startup.
- Highly organized, problem-solver and adaptable.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail.
- Track record of taking initiative, navigating ambiguity and producing concrete results.
- Bias to proactivity and action, and can run projects to completion quickly. You like to hustle, are willing to help out with projects outside your job description.
- Willingness to travel a few times a year for offsites, events, and team gatherings.
