ML/AI Engineer

About the role:

We’re looking for a machine learning engineer to work on the core systems that power Rillet’s AI driven workflows. You’ll join a growing engineering team and you’ll be working closely with the CTO, product and design to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.

You will:

• Help define Rillet’s ML and AI direction for years to come
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers and finance experts to define ML solutions, not just build them
• Deeply understand user problems and find the best methodology to solve them
• Develop automated pipelines and processes to train and evaluate models
• Integrate ML/AI models into production systems and ensure their scalability, reliability and performance

You are a good fit for this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in product-driven tech companies
• Have strong python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering
• Have experience with LLM based agent frameworks
• Can work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
• Enjoy finding practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality
• Have a passion for learning and sharing your expertise with others
